
Mehmet Harmancı, a Social impact driven ventures consultant, is a sociologist and economist with over 100 R&D projects in industrial development and research areas at TÜBİTAK, DPT, Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Investment and Development Bank. He continues his work on projects aimed at enhancing Turkey's knowledge and innovation capacity.

Social Planning: As an expert in social planning concepts especially eastern regions of the Turkiye, he contributed to the shaping of the country's social policies in Development Bank of Turkiye.

Development Banking: While working at the Development Bank of Turkiye, he prepared reports analyzing the social and economic impacts of investment projects.

Cultural Projects: He proposed cultural projects such as the establishment of Yunus Emre Cultural Centers and made efforts to implement these projects.

Education and Science: Under YGA's "double-winged civilization" concept, it has developed science experiment parks for young people and science and technology encyclopedia projects integrated with virtual reality.

International Cooperation: It presented the "Industry-Investment Cooperation" project between the Turkic Republics to the EBRD and had it approved.
